As a shaper I am fortunate that the majority of boards I shape are custom orders. It allows me to have contact direct with my customers and to produce boards that are suited to the individual. Although many are shaped from set models, they are often tweaked slightly to match peoples weight, ability or even a customers home break.
Most of the boards displayed on this page are custom orders, some are more unconventional, commissioned shapes from customers wanting to experiment with their own ideas. They all show the advantages of buying direct from the factory or from my selected shop outlets. Each board has the customers own individual look, either through the spray, resin tint or custom shape.
Over the last 5 years the mass produced, cheap imported boards have taken away some of the individuality that surfing is all about. Its my aim to bring back the pride in owning a custom shape, they have huge advantages over off the peg boards. The board will suit your surfing style, be of the design and colour you really want and made with top quality materials to the highest standard of workmanship.
